PartnerAharon Barda is a partner at our Real Estate and Urban Renewal Department, and has been a lawyer at our firm since its inception.
Aharon has extensive experience in providing management and legal accompaniment on dozens of complex real estate projects, with emphasis on residential and commercial real estate and purchasing groups, from the initial stages of transaction formulation, through management and leading the negotiations and up to actual transaction conclusion.
Aharon specialises in handling complex real estate transactions, such as sale and rental agreements, including for income-generating properties, joint ownership and option contracts,
combination transactions, accompaniment of contractors and developers in residential projects, banking agreements for projects and all the contracts involved in the establishment and legal support of purchasing groups, including taxation aspects related to these agreements.
Aharon was recognised by The Legal 500 international ranking guide, which recommended his work in real estate and construction; In addition, Aharon has been awarded a Next Generation Partner due to his achievements in the field consecutively since 2017.
Aharon volunteers as an active medic in the United Hatzalah charity organization.
