Amnon’s practice focuses on residential real-estate transactions. Amnon provides ongoing legal council to the firm’s clients, including but not limited to, contractors, entrepreneurs, and private entities in all aspects of real-estate, such as residential, commercial and industrial projects, rentals, purchase groups, redevelopment, urban renewal, land taxation and tax aspects..
In addition, Amnon’s practice includes registration of transactions and rights, having condominiums orders issued and recorded in the Condominiums Register, and representation in litigation proceedings, such as the dissolution of joint ownerships, compensation claims for expropriation, and impairment claims relating to city plans under Section 197 of the Planning and Zoning Law.
Before joining the firm, Amnon worked at Nathan Meir & Co. Advocates’ as head of the real estate department.
Amnon is a graduate of College of Management (LL.B (2005) and B.A (2005). Amnon was admitted to the IsraelBar Association in 2006.
Amnon is fluent in Hebrew and English.
