Gadiel Blusztein is a partner at our Corporate Department; handling matters in the field of commercial law, including international commercial law, litigation and dispute resolution and urban regeneration.

Gadiel specialises in all aspects of commercial law, with an emphasis on international commercial law, representing, inter alia, multinational European companies, on international transactions, investment banking, the capital market, provident funds and alternative energy. In addition, he has extensive experience in advising, guiding, handling and negotiating commercial transactions in Israel and around the world, including the establishment of joint ventures, partnerships and companies, investment, agency and distribution agreements, financing transactions and related regulatory procedures.

Gadiel has been a member of the Ramat Gan Municipality Planning and Construction Committee for many years, and has expertise in the field of planning and construction, especially in matters related to urban regeneration and NOP (TAMA38); he supervises multiple transactions in the field, such as projects involving the construction of hundreds of housing units.

Gadiel serves as an arbitrator and mediator in complex business disputes and has written legal articles published in the economic press.

He served in the IDF as an officer in the Golani Brigade and is a member of the Golani Reconnaissance Association.

With a busy social and public agenda, Gadiel has been holding the following positions:

  • Member of the Finance Committee of the IPC (International Paralympic Committee), Bonn, Germany; participant in approving the budgets of the London, Rio and Tokyo Olympics.
  • Chairman of the Municipal Tax Appeal Committee, Ramat Gan.
  • Chairman of the Israel Weightlifting Association Audit Committee.
  • Director of the Israel-Austria Chamber of Commerce, with an extensive portfolio of commercial connections in this country.
  • Chairman of the Water Polo Association in Israel (2015-2016).
  • Member of the Ramat Gan City Council (2008- 2011); Member of the Ramat Gan Building & Planning Sub-Committee (2008-2011).
  • Member of the Beit Emanuel Enterprises board of directors (1998-2011).

Gadiel was recognized by  ‘The Legal 500’ leading international ranking guide  for his achievements in the fields of Corporate and M&A, Banking and Finance and Transportation.

Moreover, The prestigious ‘IFLR1000’ selected Gadiel as a Notable Practitioner in the field of M&A.
