Itay’s main field of practice is real estate and planning and building, representing contractors, entrepreneurs and different private entities in real estate transactions, including, inter alia, representation in urban renewal projects and commercial lease agreements.
Admitted to Israel Bar Association, 2007.
Itay received his LL.B and B.A in Business Administration from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC), Herzliya (2006). He also received an LLM (Master of Commercial Law), from the Tel Aviv University, in the Executive International Masters Program in Collaboration with the Boalt Hall Scholl of Law, University of California – Berkeley (2013).
