Liat Volanovsky Neuman is a partner at our Planning and Construction Department; she is an expert on matters relating to planning, zoning and real estate. 

Liat provides the firm’s clients with legal counsel in matters pertaining to planning and construction and all aspects thereof, managing a variety of real estate transactions, including residential, offices and commercial projects, real estate tenders, combination transactions, transactions financing, real estate taxation, real estate and condominium registration, and she provides regular accompaniment to developers and contractors.

Prior to joining AYR, Liat worked in the real estate department of other leading law firms.

Liat was recognized by ‘The LEGAL 500’ international ranking guide, that recommended her work in the field of Real Estate and Construction.

The College of Management Academic Studies, cum laude, M.B.A., 2003.
