Mati practices commercial and corporate law with a focus on high-tech companies and venture capital investments and provides ongoing counseling to domestic and international clients alike including entrepreneurs, start-ups, technology companies, investors, venture capital and private equity funds, on a broad range of commercial aspects and activities.
Mati received his LLB (2013, cum laude) from Bar Ilan University. Mati also received an M.A. in Philosophy from Bar-Ilan University (2017, cum laude).
During his studies Mati served as editor of “Law Studies”, the Bar-Ilan University Law Review.
Prior to his admission to the bar Mati interned as a legal clerk for the Honorable Justice Elyakim Rubinstein at the Supreme Court of Israel.
Admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2015.
Fluent in English and Hebrew.
