Ruthy Wysenbeek-Shauli is a partner at our Class Action and Litigation Department; she handles representation of defendants in class actions, as well as representation in complex litigation cases of civil-commercial law.

Ruthy represents our clients in a variety of practice areas and issues, including: communications, transportation, insurance, antitrust, consumer protection, food and retail, product warranty claims, privacy protection and accessibility. 

Ruthy provides accompaniment in class actions at all stages, including responses to motions to certify claims as class actions, appeals, settlement agreements and withdrawal of claims. Ruthy appears in all courts and arbitration and mediation proceedings. Furthermore, Ruthy provides ongoing accompaniment and legal counsel, including on matters of regulation and consumer protection, and also represents our clients before various government entities, such as the Consumer Protection and Fair-Trade Authority.

Ruthy has participated in panels and conferences related to class actions, including the Bar Association’s annual conference. 

During her academic studies, Ruthy served as an editorial board member of “Law, Society and Culture “, the Faculty of Law Academic Journal; she also and took part in the Refugee Rights Clinic and participated in the mock trial.

Ruthy has been a member of the Tel Aviv District Ethics Committee for the Israel Bar Association since 2018.

Ruthy was recognized by The LEGAL 500 international ranking guide that recommended her achievements in Dispute Resolution – Class Actions.
