Yaron is a founding partner of the firm.
Previously, Yaron headed the litigation practice at Ron Gazit, Rotenberg and Co.
Yaron graduated from Tel Aviv University cum laude (LL.B., 1991). He was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 1994.
Yaron coordinates the firm’s litigation practice, including its significant involvement in international litigation.
Over the years, Yaron has acquired significant experience in complex commercial litigation involving contracts, intellectual property, administrative law, IT, antitrust and corporate law, and has represented international companies in private criminal complaints. Yaron has defended large corporations in lawsuits in the communications, retail, food and beverage, and software industries, including large-scale class actions.
In The Legal 500: Europe, Middle East & Africa 2015’s editorial, Yaron is mentioned twice as being “a talented litigator” – in the fields of competition and telecoms and media.
Yaron takes part in arbitrations and mediations, and has appeared before every Israeli judicial instance, including the Supreme Court and Appellate Courts. He is a member of the Israel Bar Class Action Committee.
In addition to litigation, Yaron is also involved in representing and advising companies, especially in the hi-tech sector. Yaron has managed complex transactions in many areas and takes part in drafting investment transactions in private and public companies listed on the Israeli and U.S. stock exchanges.
