The Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation Kan 11 has filed a lawsuit against ‘News13’ for using dozens of archival materials without permission or giving credit in a series of articles on the Second Lebanon War by the military commentator, Alon Ben David.
The statement of claim was filed by adv. Eyal Sage, partner and Head of Law & Tech Department, and adv. Gidon Even-Or, partner in Litigation Department.
