Today, the annual Association of Restaurants was held on “Tips – New World Order”.
Attorney Ran Chalu of the Labor Law Department participated in the conference and led a “round table” in which legal advice was given in limited forums with the best experts of the restaurant association on the subject of tips for service providers.
“An employer who does not assimilate the new arrangement in his business is not only exposed to workers’ claims, but can also find himself exposed to various claims of indemnity against the NII.
Therefore, even before the date of entry into force of the new arrangement, the existing work agreements of the employees must be adapted to changes according to the new arrangement even before the law came into effect on 01.01.2019.
