The stage includes two 48-story residential towers. The full occupancy of the buildings is expected to be completed by 2025. A nine-story office building will also be constructed by 2022.
The financing team at AYR represented Gindi Investments with a consortium of financiers headed by Bank Leumi Le’Israel, in a financing transaction for the purchase of land and the construction of towers in the Gindi TLV complex. Attorney Assaf Lapid, a partner in the commercial department, led the deal.
