Congratulations to the firm’s client, the NAYAK Group, on the establishment of a joint venture with Wings Holdings NAYAK is europe’s largest and most veteran company in the field of aircraft maintenance, and is operative in around 50 airports, with this venture being its second venture of this kind outside of Europe.
As part of the transaction NAYAK and Wings are establishing a partnership that will provide Line maintenance to civilian aircraft (passenger and cargo) of international airline companies at the Ben Gurion Airport. The agreement includes future possibility for expanding activities to additional airports in Israel.
