Investors include one of our firm’s clients, the Aleph Capital Venture Fund, founded by investor Michael Eisenberg, which also led the investment round, as well as additional institutional investors, such as the Group 11 fund, owned by Dubi Frances. 

The Aleph fund was represented by lawyers Daniel Chinn and Mati Rosenbaum, partners in our firm’s High-Tech department.
