Former Hon. National Labour Court President, retired judge Mr. Yigal Plitman, who serves as special counsel to our firm, wrote an article for the 50th publication of the Lawyer magazine issued by the Israel Bar Association.

 In the article “On a double error, obvious in ruling – are Errors and Omissions Excepted indeed?!” the Hon. President relates to the insurance of employees at their place of work after terminating employment in the eyes of the court.
