Adv. Eli Beloshevsky of our firm’s Labour Law department gave a lecture to human resources managers from leading companies on the market on the subject of Advice to Prevent and Contend with Unfair Competition from former Workers of the Organization.

In addition to reviewing the legal challenges, Adv. Beloshevsky provided the human resources managers with practical tools to use in their daily work, in the formulation of non-competition liability clauses in employment agreements, to prevent unfair competition from former employees and to retain employer confidentiality and proprietary rights when contending with such competition after its discovery.
