Adv. Helit Simchoni, partner and head of our firm’s Labour Law department, participated in the Dun’s 100 Forum, which dealt with the labour market during war.

The Forum was attended by market and legal officers, including Labour Ministry CEO Mr. Israel Uzan, as well as Ms. Rebecca Worbener, Labour Relations Commissioner, to discuss the subjects on the agenda in the field of Labour Law during times of crisis.

Adv. Simchoni called upon the Labour Ministry to intervene and determine a guideline of flexible rules for employment during this period to assist employers and employees in successfully contending with this period. In addition, in light of problems many employers have encountered over recent weeks, she called upon the Labour Ministry to encourage employers and employees to resume consistent work, as a primary national interest and as part of the war effort.
