Following a concentrated report of the broad audit findings published a week ago by the Israel Securities Authority, our firm held a special webinar for inhouse legal counsels that discussed the Authority’s audit findings on the subject of cyber risks in reported corporations.

Eyal Sage, Vered Pilichovski Czyzyk and Shir Shoshany-Katz of our firm participated in the webinar and presented the report findings, including: what was examined, the principal findings, the Authority’s recommendations and recommendations for implementation in reported corporations as seen by the Israel Securities Authority and the Privacy Protection Authority. The webinar was held in conjunction with the ACC Public Companies Forum, managed by Inbal Ben Artzi.
