Our firm, represented by Adv. Ram Jeanne and Adv. Gidon Even-Or, acted for Kochav Pumped Storage, developer of a major pumped-storage power station in Kochav HaYarden, in a claim filed by a financial adviser seeking enforcement of success fees.
The adviser argued that the agreement was never formally terminated and that he was therefore entitled to success fees amounting to millions of shekels, despite not providing any services during the eight years preceding financial close.
