Adv. Ram Jeanne, Head of AYR’s Commercial Litigation Department, participated in a panel on Corporate Litigation at the Israel Bar Association’s annual conference, alongside Supreme Court Justice Ruth Ronen, District Court Judges Yaakov Sharbitt and Halit Selash, and leading practitioners in the field.

During the session, Adv. Jeanne examined the board of directors’ duty of oversight, focusing in particular on the issue from the directors’ perspective and on the evolving expectations placed upon boards in today’s corporate environment.
