The Court decision to erase the indictments against the controlling shareholders and secretary of the Bezeq Company, on charges relating to the conduct of independent committees established by the company to examine transactions with controlling shareholder, once again shows that the Securities Authority and the Courts do not see eye to eye on the significance of reporting on the committee works.
