Congratulations to our clients, OwnID Inc., on the completion of an asset acquisition by Unico Technologies.
The company sold assets relating to its Passkey solution – biometric authentication and one-time magic-link login capabilities – for a total consideration of US$6,000,000, with up to US$1,000,000 in earn-outs based on revenue performance.
The founders will continue to lead the activity under the new brand OwnID by Unico, offering solutions designed not only to enhance security but also to reduce customer drop-off during registration and login processes.
