Amir Amar heads the firm, and is one of its founders.

Amir advises industry senior executives in their business in Israel and abroad, and accompanies the leading and most significant companies in the country.

Amir leads the dealing of key and significant transactions, including real estate, infrastructure, communications and retail.

In addition, Amir represents, outlines strategy and tactics, advises and accompanies the firm’s clients in complex disputes, including arbitration, mediation and court proceedings. Due to his extensive experience in managing and solving complex crises, Amir knows and can accomplish an ending to a legal dispute optimally for his clients, and in the most appropriate and timely manner.

Amir serves as an arbitrator and mediator in complex commercial disputes, both between corporations, and between shareholders and business partners. In light of Amir’s ability to identify the interests of the parties involved, and to understand the sensitivity and complexity of each conflict, most of the mediation procedures he faced ended in a deal to the satisfaction of the all parties.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law, Tel Aviv University (LL.B.), 1994, and Member of the Israel Bar Association since 1995.

Member of the board of directors of Amot Investments Ltd., which is listed for trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. This company has one of the largest profit-bearing asset portfolios in Israel, and is included in the Nadlan 15 (Real Estate) Index and Tel-Aviv 35 index.

Chairman of the International Award for Young People, Israel (Reg. Assoc.), part of an international program that was founded in Great Britain in 1956, by the Duke of Edinburgh.

He is considered a leading real estate, and planning and construction law expert.  He conducted and managed complex residential, industrial and commercial real estate deals, property development projects, heritage protection projects, land redevelopment and rezoning projects in locations all around the country, etc.

He manages the legal administration of properties and real estate operations for several of the largest corporations in Israel.

He has specialized in regulation, environmental protection, and planning and building issues relating to the cellular communications industry.

In the field of litigation, he handles land claims, commercial disputes and administrative petitions under the Planning and Building Law.  He appears before many tribunals, from the Supreme Court to Administrative Appeals Committees.

He represents the clients of the firm on core issues in Knesset Committee meetings regarding legislative amendments.
