Gadiel Blusztein

Gadiel joined our firm in 2017 after being the founding partner in Blusztein, BarKahan, Zigenlaub. During his career, Gadiel specializes in all aspects of Commercial and Corporate Law, while representing Israeli and multinational entities residing in Europe and USA.

Among others, Gadiel played a key role in investment banking, capital market, provident funds, alternative energy (wind and solar energy) complicated deals which took part around the world, setting up joint ventures, partnerships and companies, investment agreements, agency and distribution agreements and finance transactions.

Gadiel has gained recognition by the leading international ranking guide ‘The Legal 500’ for his achievements in the fields: Commercial, corporate and M&A; Banking and Finance.

As Gadiel served as a member of the Zoning committee of Ramat Gan municipality for some years. He has a special knowledge in Planning and zoning procedures including urban reconstruction and TAMA 38.

Gadiel graduated in Tel Aviv University, in the Faculty of Law (1984) and is a Member of the Israeli Bar Association since 1985.

During his military service, Gadiel served as a Captain in Golani infantry unit.

Chairman of the Appeal Committee for Municipal Tax, Ramat- Gan;

Manager in the Israeli- Austrian Chamber of Commerce;

Chairman of the Weight Lifting Association Audit Committee;

Gadiel was the Chairman of the Israeli Water Polo Association; Member of the City Council, Ramat Gan (2008- 2011); Member of the Building & Planning Sub-Committee, Ramat Gan (2008- 2011); Member of the board of directors of Beit Emanuel Enterprises (1998- 2011);

Serves as arbitrator
