Gali Friedhof is a partner in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department; she is an expert in infrastructure and civil litigation, with an emphasis on complex infrastructure projects of various types, such as roads, tunnels, trains, energy, factories and residential projects.

Gali possesses a unique set of knowledge and expertise in providing legal support, both to the legal system and to civil engineering contractors, in the planning, construction, installation, testing, operation and maintenance stages, as well as in the advance preparation of strategies and grounds for future disputes.

For more than a decade, she has represented international and Israeli contractors in arbitration and litigation against clients, subcontractors, employees and other third parties outside the contractor structure, handling claims for disruption extension, resource consolidation and EOT; in addition, she serves as legal advisor to tender committees of companies working on behalf of government bodies. 

Gali has significant experience in civil litigation and in resolving alternative disputes, with expertise in representing international corporations in legal proceedings relating to real estate, class actions, aviation, taxation and private capital.

Gali was recognized  by  The LEGAL 500 international ranking guide, that recommended r her work in the field of Dispute Resolution – Local Litigation and Arbitrations.
