Hila practices commercial and corporate law with a focus on high-tech companies and venture capital investments and provides ongoing counseling to domestic and international clients alike including entrepreneurs, start-ups, technology companies, investors, venture capital and private equity funds, on a broad range of commercial aspects and activities.
Hila received her L.LB from Ono Academic College (2015, cum laude).
Admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2016.
