Throughout his professional career he has pursued hundreds of cases and made countless appearances before all courts and tribunals, including several cases which terminated with legal binding rulings of the Supreme Court.
An expert of Real estate law, Adv. Doron has also provided legal counsel for complex real estate transactions, property improvement plans, elaborated projects and enterprises, and the purchasing and improvement of residential properties.
Throughout his professional career Adv. Doron has been involved in a great number of international real estate projects and transactions in Hungary, Romania, England, Costa Rica, the U.S. and Canada. He also represents clients in joint ventures, “evacuation and construction” deals, land sales agreements and construction contracts , Plan 38 (“Tama 38”) agreements, leasing agreements etc.

Doron, who ranks top in his field, represents clients in numerous commercial transactions and large-scale projects, including the purchasing of companies and the drafting and negotiation of joint venture agreements.
