Neta Offen

Neta practices commercial law, including corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on high-tech companies and venture capital investments and a variety of labor law matters.

Neta provides ongoing counseling to domestic and international clients alike including entrepreneurs, start-ups, technology companies, investors, venture capital and private equity funds, on a broad range of commercial and employment aspects.

Neta holds an LL.B from the College of Management Academic Studies (2014) and an LL.M (2016) from Bucerius University.

Admitted to Israel Bar Association, 2017.

Fluent in Hebrew, English, Spanish, German and French.
