Omer is a partner at the firm and heads the Real Estate Department.
Omer has a vast experience acting on large magnitude, complex real estate transactions, residential and commercial projects, eviction and construction projects, buyer groups, NOP 38 deals, banking facilities, equity completion transactions, charges, securities, loans and land taxation.
Omer also owns experience in representation of municipalities, local councils, the Israel Land Authority and more in various and varied legal proceedings in all instances.
In addition, Omer has rich experience in civil and commercial litigation and corporate recovery, liquidation, freezes of proceedings, receivership, bankruptcy proceedings, charges and securities.
Omer is one of the liquidators of Z. Landau Ltd. and has, over the years, handled the receivership and real estate cases of the equity completion company Menif Financial Services Ltd.
Omer acts as reserve legal counsel for the IDF Residential Directorate, which serves to maintain quality of living for career soldiers by constructing residential projects all around the country.
