As an expert in a variety of aspects of planning and construction, she accompanies the firm’s clients on planning and licensing procedures.
Orly’s work includes providing ongoing legal advice in the field of planning and construction, including providing opinions, legal representation on planning and licensing matters with local authorities throughout the country, representation of the firm’s clients before planning institutions and the appeals committee on objection proceedings and in licensing and improvement levy appeals, as well as representing the firm’s clients before the various courts on administrative proceedings.
