Rachel practices commercial law, including corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, international transactions, and advising and representing entrepreneurs and investors. Additionally, Rachel practices intellectual property and fashion law.

LL.M (2019) Cum Laude Cardozo Law School, New York (special focus on IP and Fashion Law).
During the course of her LL.B, Rachel took part in the Social Impact Investments Clinic, supervised by Professor Assaf Hamdani; served as a teaching assistant for several IP classes for LL.B and LL.M; and organized a round table re the new Israeli Design Law.
During the course of her LL.M, Rachel was awarded with the prestigious Dean’s Merit Scholarship and Cardozo Achievement and Services Award.

During her time in New York, Rachel initiated and organized several legal conferences and events relating to fashion, including, events with designers and fashion personas, including Stuart Weitzman, Kenneth Cole, Steve Madden, Eli & Rory Tahari, Kobi Halperin, Uri Minkoff and Michelle Stein. Furthermore, Rachel participated in many fashion law conferences and events, including of Blomberg’s, INTA, YJP, Frieze Academy, and Luxury Law Summit.
Prior to joining our firm, Rachel worked at Blackstone Law Group in New York, where she practiced privacy law, cyber security and internet protection, and prior to that in leading Israeli law firms in IP and hi-tech.
Fluent in Hebrew and in English.
Admitted to the Israeli Bar in 2017.
