Saar is a Partner at the firm, and practices corporate and commercial law and specializes in legal aspects of high-tech and venture capital.
Saar provides ongoing counselling to a broad range of domestic and international clients, including entrepreneurs, start-ups, technology companies, industrial companies, investors, venture capital and private equity funds, on all commercial aspects and activities, as well as on joint venture transactions, venture capital financing, strategic collaborations, licensing and M&As.
Saar has gained recognition by the leading international ranking guide ‘The Legal 500’ for his achievements in the field Hi-Tech and VCs.
Saar received his LL.B (2009, magna cum laude) and his MBA (2010) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2010.
