Shay Yosef

Shay’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation.

Shay graduated (with honors) in law (L.L.B), from the College of Management Academic Studies, Israel, and was elected to the dean’s list for 2019.

During his L.L.B studies, Shay worked as a teaching assistant to Dr. Roy Peled in Elements and Secrets of the Legal Profession course and in the Family Law Clinic.

In addition, Shay worked as a research assistant to Prof. Zvi Triger.

Shay worked for a year as a legal assistant to the Honorable Judge Varda Plaut, in Lod district courthouse.

In addition, Shay worked as a Chief Defense Attorney of the Student Union of the College of Management Academic Studies and represented students in disciplinary infractions.

During his L.L.B, Shay has been elected to participate in a summer semester of commercial American law, in Columbia university in the City of New York.

Prior to joining the firm, Shay worked as an intern at the International Litigation Department of Goldfarb Seligman & Co.

Shay is a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2021.

Fluent in Hebrew and English.
