Vardit Tal Dvir is an experienced lawyer, whose practice concentrates in real estate law generally, and planning and zoning specifically.
Vardit has an LL.B from the Tel Aviv University (2003), and is a a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2004.
Prior to joining AYR, Vardit has worked as an associate at Hartavi, Bornstein, Basson and Co., a law firm specializing in real estate and planning and zoning law, and subsequently ran her own practice.

Representing building companies in the processes of planning, zoning, obtaining permits, transactions and registration at the ILA and Land Registration Bureau.
Initiating and accompanying urban renewal projects
Representing local authorities and planning committees.
Conducting legal procedures and litigation at all planning committee levels and in courts.
Managed complex projects involving national planning processes in national planning committees and at the Supreme Court, and represented the Prime Minister’s Office in a unique national project.
Vardit is fluent in Hebrew and English.
