 Adv. Alon Sukenik, a partner in Class Actions Department at our firm, participated last week as a lecturer in the 24th professional conference for customer service managers and public inquiries supervisors in Israel.

The conference – produced by the International Center for Conferences and the Customer Service Managers Forum in Israel, was held at the Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv Hotel, and was attended by 50 public inquiry managers, VPs and senior executives in leading companies in the private, public, governmental and municipal sectors of the customer service and public inquiries in the face of the Covid-19 crisis in Israel and around the world.

Adv. Sukenik presented the scope of class actions and the increase in volume following the Corona crisis, addressed issues of consumer complaints and service malfunctions, provided  practical  tips on how to avoid class actions, and what to do in the event of a class action, and noted, among other things, that “the increase The scope of the class action lawsuits during the Corona period and the potential economic damage to the defendants illustrated how important it is to turn to a lawyer who specializes in class action lawsuits in order to best deal with a class action lawsuit or a class action lawsuit. “
