Adv. Helit Simhoni, Head of Labor Law Department at our firm, lectured in a professional training for lawyers, about ‘Issues in Labor Law in High-Tech Companies’ on behalf of the Tel Aviv District – Israel Bar Association.

Adv. Simhoni’s lecture dealt with ‘Legal protections for women’s employment – a blessing or a curse?’.

In so doing she reviewed the development of legislation and ruling protecting women in Israel, and the question: Is it time to move from mandatory legislation – to legislation that leaves women with the discretion and autonomy to decide upon their own professional careers, and their personal work-life balance.
