03.10.2019 | Adv. Sharon Kahana, Head of the White Collar Department on the proceeding OF Prime Minister Netanyahu on ‘Mahadura Mukdemet’ (lit. Early Edition) with Ya’akov Eilon on ‘Reshet 13’.

At the beginning of the hearing of Prime Minister, Mr. Benjamin Netanyahu, Adv. Sharon Kahana, Head of the White Collar Department and a partner in our firm, and previously a senior prosecutor in the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office (Taxation and Economics), was invited to commentate, together with Adv. Sasi Gez, on the proceeding on ‘Mahadura Mukdemet’ (lit. Early Edition) with Ya’akov Eilon on ‘Reshet 13‘.

Adv. Kahana about the circumstances: “The case is guaranteed by either party; this is a complex case. There is no direct evidence for bribery, and this to be taken into consideration. This is a circumstantial case to which three state’s witnesses have been recruited. There is no direct evidence showing a “give and take” relationship, but rather interpretation, and we will learn about the way the witnesses have been recruited.”
