28.04.2015 | Antitrust Authority Clears Microsoft Merger

AYR represented Microsoft Corporation in a merger in which Microsoft acquired certain intellectual property of N-Trig Ltd., which developed the stylus (pen) for Microsoft’s Surface Pro 3 “tablet that can replace your laptop”. On April 28, the Antitrust Authority approved the merger.
