Our firm represents BAZAN in a dispute against Haifa Municipality regarding the Oil Refinery that collapsed, which the municipality representatives wish to reconstruct.
BAZAN, through Advs. Yacov Cohen, Orly Vidan and Vardit Tal-Dvir from our firm’s Planning and Construction Department, opposed the Municipality’s requirement for architectural reconstruction of the Oil Refinery that collapsed as this requirement is unfounded.
