The Covid pandemic and the lockdowns imposed on the economy gave rise to issues concerning rentals of commercial spaces.

Our firm represents Melisron, a public company that deals in income generating real estate in Israel, owner of the Ofer Malls group and of the Eazo-Wright company, in a dispute concerning the payment of rental fees during the Covid lockdowns.
