Digital insurance company Lemonade completed a transaction in which it would rent from WeWork a 4-story office building in Tel Aviv center to be used as Lemonade’s new activity center in Israel.
The transaction was led by Adv. Saar Binyamin, a partner in our firm’s Hi-Tech Department with the close assistance of Adv. Naftali Fridman, a partner in the Real Estate Department.
