‘Lighting Nestworks’ HCJ – the operator of ‘Lighting Networks” v. the Ministry of Health and the Israel Police; the petition was filed by Advs. Ram Jeanne and Roey Dotan from our firm’s Commercial Litigation Department
About Related practices

Our firm represented ‘Lighting Nestworks’ – operator of ‘Lighting Warehouses’ in the petition to the High Court of Justice against the Ministry of Health and the Israel Police regarding the enforcement policy activated for closing the network branches, allegedly due to the regulations enacted following Covid-19 crisis – despite the fact that the primary business of the network is selling vital products for household maintenance and it is therefore allowed to open its branches to the public under the regulations.

A hearing of the petition was held yesterday at the end of which and in view of our pleas, the Supreme Court ordered to grant an order nisi against the State.

‘Lighting Nestworks’ was represented by Advs. Ram Jeanne and Roey Dotan from our firm’s Commercial Litigation Department.
