After six years of investigation by the Tax Authority following suspicion of parallel imports, and after a comprehensive and professional hearing conducted by Adv. Sharon Kohane, head of the white-collar department in our firm, the prosecution decided to accept the full defense arguments at the hearing  against the chairman of the group, Mr. Eli Eleazar, and the CEO, Mr. Oren Elazar, after ruling that there is no suspicion – and no indictment will be filed against them.
