Adv. Yaniv Dekel, a partner at our Litigation and Dispute Resolution department, in an opinion piece for “Globes” regarding the need to change the procedural procedure in tenant objection claims in eviction-construction projects.

In the article, Adv. Dekel claims that a case that has been dragged for a long time gives power to the objecting tenant, who knows that time is working against the developer and who is in no hurry to go anywhere, while the developers suffer damages.

In consequence, Adv. Dekel calls for a change of method – and offers a way to do so.
