After years of legal battle, the court ruled: The Heiden Building on Strauss Street and the Hospital for Chronic Diseases on Tel Hai Street, both in Jerusalem, belong to the religious dedication ‘Visiting the Sick’, where Adv. Ram Jeanne, head of our Litigation Department, serves as a special director on behalf of the Rabbinical Court.
