אהרון מנוסה בניהול וליווי משפטי של עשרות פרויקטי נדל"ן מורכבים, בדגש על פרויקטים בתחום המגורים, הנדל"ן המסחרי וקבוצות רכישה, החל מהשלבים הראשוניים ביותר של בניית העסקה, דרך ניהול והובלת המשא ומתן, ועד להשלמת העסקה בפועל.
אהרון מומחה בטיפול בעסקאות נדל"ן מורכבות הכוללות הסכמי מכר, הסכמי שכירות של נכסים מניבים, הסכמי שיתוף והסכמי אופציה, עסקאות קומבינציה, ליווי קבלנים ויזמים בפרויקטים למגורים, הסכמי ליווי בנקאי לפרויקטים ומכלול ההסכמים הכרוכים בהקמה וליווי משפטי של קבוצות רכישה, לרבות בהיבטי המיסוי הקשורים בהסכמים אלה.
אהרון זכה להכרה ע"י מדריך הדירוג הבינלאומי ’The LEGAL 500’ אשר המליץ על עבודתו בתחום נדל"ן ובנייה, ואף דירג אותו כ Next Generation Partner, מידי שנה ברציפות, מאז שנת 2017.
בנוסף, אהרון מתנדב כחובש פעיל בארגון החסד 'איחוד הצלה'.
