מתי מעניק ייעוץ משפטי לקשת רחבה של לקוחות בארץ ובחו"ל הכוללים, בין היתר, יזמים, חברות הזנק (סטארט אפ), חברות טכנולוגיה, משקיעים, קרנות הון סיכון וקרנות השקעה פרטיות, בכל תחומי פעילותם השוטפת.
מתי התמחה בבית המשפט העליון בלשכתו של כבוד השופט אליקים רובינשטיין.
במסגרת לימודיו שימש כעורך בכתב העת "מחקרי משפט" המוצא לאור על ידי אוניברסיטת בר-אילן.
מתי זכה להכרה כ Next Generation Partner ע"י מדריך הדירוג הבינלאומי ‘The LEGAL 500’ אשר המליץ על הישגיו בתחום ההיי-טק וקרנות הון סיכון.

תואר ראשון במשפטים מאוניברסיטת בר-אילן, בהצטיינות (LL.B., 2013).
תואר שני בפילוסופיה מאוניברסיטת בר-אילן, בהצטיינות (M.A., 2017).
