רותי מייצגת את לקוחות המשרד במגוון תחומים ונושאים, לרבות: תקשורת, תחבורה, ביטוח, הגבלים עסקיים, הגנת הצרכן, מזון וקמעונאות, תביעות אחריות מוצר, הגנת הפרטיות ונגישות.
רותי מלווה תובענות ייצוגיות בכל שלביהן, לרבות, תגובות לבקשות אישור, הליכי ערעור, פשרות והסתלקויות, ומופיעה בכל הערכאות השיפוטיות ובהליכי בוררות וגישור. בנוסף, מעניקה ליווי שוטף וייעוץ משפטי לרבות בנושאי רגולציה והגנת הצרכן וכן מייצגת את לקוחות משרדנו מול גופים ממשלתיים שונים כמו הרשות להגנת הצרכן ולסחר הוגן.
רותי השתתפה בפאנלים וכנסים בנושא תובענות ייצוגיות, לרבות בכנס השנתי של לשכת עורכי הדין.
במהלך לימודיה האקדמיים רותי שימשה כחברת מערכת בכתב העת האקדמי של הפקולטה למשפטים "משפט חברה ותרבות", נטלה חלק בקליניקה לזכויות פליטים ומבקשי מקלט והשתתפה במשפט המבוים.
רותי חברה בוועדת האתיקה של מחוז תל אביב משנת 2018.
רותי זכתה להכרה ע"י מדריך הדירוג הבינלאומי ‘The LEGAL 500’ אשר המליץ על הישגיה בתחום יישוב סכסוכים – תובענות ייצוגיות.
