Y. Lavi Ben-Porath is an associate at our firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution department. 

Prior to joining our firm, Lavi worked as a leading litigation partner in experienced boutique firms, as well as running an independent practice.

Lavi has extensive and wide ranging experience in conducting complex legal proceedings in a variety of fields, including: complex commercial contract disputes, the field of fuel stations, agencies and distribution, administrative court cases representing inter alia settlement movements and tenders, intellectual property cases and antitrust. 

In addition, Lavi represented his clients in complex negotiations and resolving disputes; and served as advisor to a gas company.

Tel Aviv University, LL.B., 1994.

Tel Aviv University, LL.M., 2001.

Tel Aviv University, B.A. cum laude, 1990, in behavioral sciences.

Lavi served as a part-time lecturer in the School of Accounting at the College of Management Academic Studies.
