She specialises in drafting contracts and guiding projects, including urban renewal initiatives, representing both developers and contractors as well as apartment owners.
Adv. Ashkenazi has extensive expertise in complex transactions involving agricultural holdings and cooperative farm estates, including tax planning for the sale of agricultural properties and complex real estate deals. She consistently achieves outstanding results in reducing and mitigating capital gains tax, betterment levies and payments to the Israel Land Authority, and has considerable experience representing clients before the tax authorities in objections and appeals.
She also has substantial experience in family agreements, family wealth management and family trusts, and serves as a certified mediator appointed by the Israeli Courts Administration. In addition, she acts as an arbitrator in real estate disputes, including commercial real estate.
