Over the years Ksenya has accumulated extensive experience and her prominent cases include:

• Representation of the Israeli energy renewal company versus one of the leading energy companies in Europe, in the ICC arbitration concerning delays in delivery and quality problems as part of establishing a one of a kind power station in Israel.
• Representation for one of the largest real estate companies on the Israeli economy, in a dispute concerning a land sale for millions of shekels.  Representation was spread across several proceedings before parallel tribunals, where argument and decision on one of the proceedings affected all of the other proceedings. 
• Representation of an Israeli green energy company in a proceeding for temporary immediate relief at a court in Israel prior to the commencement of an international arbitration proceeding according to the arbitration terms in the parties agreement. 
• Representation of significant bodies on the world economy in a procedure to enforce a foreign ruling in Israel.
• Representation of the Ramat Gan Local Planning and Building Committee in an administrative petition and appeal, against the operation of striptease clubs in the Ramat Gan Diamond exchange area, in light of changes in town planning directives for the area. 
• Accompaniment of performance of several projects, including a mega building and infrastructure project, of the largest ever on the market, for a leading and veteran building company in Israel.
